Leaders In Giving come
from all walks of life, yet share a common goal—giving back to
their community and inspiring others to follow
their example through
their gift of $500 or more.
United Way honors and recognizes the outstanding generosity of these individuals through membership in the

Philanthropy Fund
The Philanthropy Fund is an additional benefit available to donors who contribute $10,000 or more annually to United Way. You can consolidate all of your charitable giving through United Way by making one gift before the end of the year, and distribute it the following year. Gifts of appreciated stock are often used to establish the fund. It works similarly to a donor advised fund or a charitable checking account. Simply notify United Way that you wish to make a gift to a 501(c)(3) from your account. You will receive periodic updates of your account's activity and an end of the year summary.

"We've always believed in giving to United Way because its Community Care Fund is a major player in helping build strong communities. As leadership givers, we encourage others to consider the greater good of all when making their giving choices."
